Quicksilver

I first saw this movie when I was about 8. I watched it again about 6 years ago when I got into fixed gears and bike messengering. Its a good movie full of cheesiness, 80's style and Kevin Bacon. But the best part is the bicycle freestyle in this scene. This form of bike gymnastics is bigger in Europe than around here. They play bicycle ball with these bikes and also have choreographed dance routines like figure skating. I'd love to be able to do some of these tricks on a fixed gear like some of these guys. Dig it.
